Miley Cyrus – You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go Cover

Miley Cyrus is on the long list of artists, who have contributed to ‘Chimes of Freedom: The Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International.’ Now, fans get to hear the the 19-year-old’s cover of ‘You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go.’

A clip of the tune hit YouTube recently, showcasing Miley’s more mature voice, which she displayed when she sang ‘The Climb’ at the 2011 CNN Heroes Tribute. The song she’s covered for the Amnesty International release is from the legendary songwriter’s 1975 album ‘Blood on the Tracks.’

The former ‘Hannah Montana’ star joins over 75 other artists on the four-disc compilation, due out next month. Darren Criss, Adele, Kesha, Sugarland, The Belle Brigade, Natasha Bedingfield and many more are also featured on the extensive collection.

Miley Cyrus made an appearance at the Festival of Children Foundation’s Sharing the Spirit Holiday Party benefiting 450 homeless children from various Orange County shelters. Before Miley joined the party, she stopped by the Sanrio store at South Coast Plaza to meet two girls from the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Sanrio generously donated gift cards to the girls and Hello Kitty helped them shop.
